1. Scope

Fortune Latina provides journalism, rankings, newsletters and editorial products. Part of the content is free; part requires a subscription.

2. Intellectual property

All content (text, images, graphics, video, rankings and code) is protected by copyright and owned by Fortune Latina or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproduction, redistribution, scraping, AI model training or any commercial exploitation without prior written authorization is prohibited.

3. User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed per the chosen plan and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow applicable consumer law.

5. User conduct

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights
• Do not attempt to access restricted areas, bypass the paywall or exploit vulnerabilities
• Do not post defamatory, discriminatory or infringing content in comment areas

6. Limitation of liability

Reporting, analysis and rankings are informational and do not constitute investment recommendation or legal, accounting or tax advice. Decisions based on our content are the sole responsibility of the reader.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified with 15 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve disputes, without prejudice to consumer venue rules.
